Four components, none hidden.
Setup fee
One-time engagement fee covering discovery, architecture, licensing kickoff via affiliated counsel, and initial integrations. Ranges with scope.
Monthly platform fee
Covers Mesa execution engine, CRM, ops dashboard, compliance templates, and ongoing infra. Scales with seats and jurisdictions.
Rev-share band
A small share of net trading revenue. Aligns us with your P&L, not against it.
Co-pay model
For new licensing or new jurisdictions, Creta and the client co-invest. We only scale to revenue; you only pay for infrastructure that generates it.

What's the minimum commitment?
Typical engagement is 12 months for the platform component. Setup and licensing follow their own calendars.
Do you accept equity in lieu of fees?
In select cases, yes — when the co-interest makes strategic sense. Negotiated case by case.
Can we expand scope later?
